Technical Specifications

Lanxoma provides a stand-alone cross-platform solution; supporting Windows XP, 2000, 2003, Vista, Windows 2008 and Terminal Services. A “thin” client, Lanxoma is scalable to meet the needs of organizations with thousands of PC and workstations. Memory required will depend on the degree of customization required by the user. “Least cost” routing assures minimal bandwidth utilization.

Minimum server specification requires a 1Ghz processor with 512MB RAM and 200MB of available disk space. Designated supervisors receive requests, alerts and escalation procedure notifications by SMS text messaging, instant messaging or email. Supervisors may instigate clandestine monitoring

Lanxoma can be integrated within existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle and SAP.

Screen broadcasting provides for enterprise level collaboration and screen sharing facilitates enterprise-level collaboration. Lanxoma provides full text search facilities within its recordings. Recording output is to MPG4 or Flash format.
